Democratic Women's Caucus Murder Mystery
Saturday, April 29th, 6:00-9:00pm
Monroe County History Center Museum, 202 E 6th St, Bloomington

It is April 29th 1970, fifty years after the 19th amendment ensured women the right to vote.
As a new decade ushers in limitless possibilities, you have been invited to the Monroe County History Center Museum for the annual Elizabeth Cady Stanton Gala, celebrating the pioneering suffragettes and their fight for equality. It is an elegant affair, where Washington insiders sip champagne with stunning socialites, mop topped British rockers dance with sultry mavens of Soul, and intellectual elite debate with roguish revolutionaries. Hidden among the ancient tomes and historic artifacts, are cryptic secrets, and mysterious untold stories.
The problem is, one of you is a murderer!!!

The program is open to the first 30 to sigh up, and that roster is filling up quickly! Sign up today.

March for Science Indianapolis
Saturday, April 22, 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Indiana State House
We are marching in support of publicly funded and publicly communicated Science as a pillar of Hoosier freedom and prosperity. We think it is critical that policymakers support and incorporate scientific research into their decision making. We are calling on policymakers to support Science that upholds the common good, and for political leaders and policymakers to enact evidence-based policies in the public interest.

This is a nonpartisan march to highlight the mischaracterization of science as a partisan issue, which has given policymakers permission to reject overwhelming evidence and enact policies against the public interest. If you're a concerned Hoosiers—a scientist, engineer, programmer, entrepreneur, teacher, student, lawyer, doctor—anyone who is passionate about Science, click here.

Did you know that gives money to Breitbart News--the white supremacist, fake news site that helped Donald Trump get elected? Now, even Amazon's own employees are protesting the company's actions. Thank you for joining the effort to get Amazon to stop giving money to Breitbart. Amazon executives are under a lot of pressure--the more people who speak out the faster they'll crack. Will you sign the petition and share it with your friends? There's a sample email you can use below the link.

Dear Friend,
Did you know that Amazon gives money to Breitbart News--the white supremacist, fake news site that helped Donald Trump get elected? Now, even Amazon's own employees are protesting the company for funding Breitbart. That's why I signed this petition. If we join them, we can make sure Breitbart loses the money it needs to promote its hateful agenda. Will you sign, too? [insert link to petition]
